We are Pixelart Studios Photography, The Client acknowledges that the Photographer may wish to showcase their work, including photographs from the session, on the Photographer’s website, social media, portfolio, and for promotional purposes.
Client’s Request for Privacy:
If the Client requests that their photographs not be posted on the Photographer’s website or social media platforms, the Client shall communicate this preference in writing at the time of booking or prior to the session.
Privacy Fee:
If the Client requests that their photographs not be posted on the Photographer’s website or social media platforms, a privacy fee shall be applied to the total session cost. The amount of this fee will be discussed and agreed upon between the Photographer and the Client before the session.
Photographer’s Rights:
The Photographer reserves the right to use a selection of images from the session for professional promotional purposes, including but not limited to, their website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.
Client’s Right to Privacy:
The Photographer respects the Client’s right to privacy and will not disclose the Client’s personal information unless required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent.
Duration of Privacy Request:
The Client’s request for privacy shall remain in effect for a specified period, which will be agreed upon by both parties. After this period, the Photographer may choose to use the photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing by the Client.
